Frequency of taking junk food high in sugar will promote tooth decay, choose snacks low in sugar. Here is a better choice for your child.




Thirsty killers Drink:

plain water
fruit and vegetable juices without added sugar
fresh milk
Fruits and nuts:

fruits like guava, watermelon and melon milk
and raw vegetables such as cucumber 
legumes such as chickpeas stew



The food was filling:

Tuna or egg sandwiches, biscuits & bread, cereal, boiled eggs and chapatti.
