4. No sport Though exercise can increase metabolism which helps the process of burning fat and calories, weight will come down faster.

5. Consumption of salads Eating a salad is good, but it should be remembered that the mayonnaise that accompanies the salad also contains a fairly high fat.

6. Not drinking milk Consume milk every day is still needed, especially low-fat high calcium milk because it can strengthen bones and the body's nutritional supplement.

7. Drastic weight loss Weight should fall no more than 1-2 pounds a week because it can cause other health complications, such as liver and kidney, which was forced to work harder to replace reserves of glucose in the blood. This can interfere with your health. (Her)
